We are a small business working with a limited crew. Please allow 3-5 business days for order fulfillment. Your tracking number will become active once it's scanned by the carrier.
SHIPPING
Domestic orders are shipped 1-3 business days after an order is placed. Wholesale orders ship 7-14 business days after an order is placed.
Priority Mail is typically delivered within 1-3 business days. Ground shipping is typically delivered in 4-7 business days. A $6 flat shipping fee will be added to US orders under $75. US orders over $75 will ship for free. Shipping notification with tracking information will be emailed once an order leaves our studio. Please let us know if you would like your order expedited. We will try our best to accommodate your request.
REFUNDS + EXCHANGES
All of our products are made to order and are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to Wicks + Scents within 7 days of delivery.
You may also exchange your product for another candle of the same size and price within 21 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for shipping cost on all return items.
In the event the package is damaged during shipping you may return your unused candle(s) for a full refund of your purchase price, less shipping and handling within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us at hello@wicksandscents.com for further details.
