 ORDERS AND CUSTOMER CARE

What comes with my order?

  • Your soy candle will come with complimentary gift wrapping. On the checkout page, please be sure to let us know the letter to stamp (e.g. first initial last name) on your package. We will also include a scented tealight with your order.

Will sales tax be added to my purchase?

  • Orders shipping to addresses in South Carolina are subject to South Carolina state sales tax.

Can I change my order?

  • Please email hello@wicksandscents.com and type in the subject line: request to change order. We are happy to accommodate your request before your order has shipped. Our studio is closed Saturday and Sunday, weekly. We will be sure to respond when we return on Monday.

Do you offer exchanges or returns?

  • All of our products are made to order and are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipping if photographic proof of damage is submitted to Wicks + Scents within 7 days of delivery. The buyer is responsible for shipping cost. Please email a photo of the damaged product to hello@wicksandscents.com and type in the subject line: damaged product. 

    You may also exchange your product for another candle of the same size and price within 14 days of purchase. Please note, all returns or exchanges must be included in its original packaging and accompanied by a copy of the order invoice or receipt. Return shipping cost will be paid by us only if the return is a result of our error. This does not include a package damaged during shipping. Please use a trackable method for return shipping. We are not responsible for any returned items that do not make it back to our studio. We cannot approve any returns or exchanges received over 14 days from purchase, no exceptions. We will not accept any packages sent without authorization. Any shipments received that have not been authorized will be refused and/or shipped back.

      Can I order online and have my package shipped international?

      • Currently, we only offer shipping within the United States and its territories.

       

      COLLABORATIONS

      Do you offer custom labels or scents?

      • We do not offer custom labels or scents. We do consider co-branding opportunities on a case-by-base basis. Please contact us at 803-997-0728, if your are interested.

      Do you donate candles for events?

      • Because we are a small company, we are unable to gift items for swag bags or events. If you would like to purchase from our collection at bulk pricing, please contact us at 803-997-0728.

      Do you dropship?

      • We do not dropship or sell on dropship ecommerce stores.
